RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Amazon Orders

Items purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. To request a return, exchange, or refund, please complete your return directly through your Amazon account.

Website Orders (Direct Purchase)

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

 

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at shyfoxreturns@catke.llc with your order number

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post funds

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will cover replacement or return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
